Ryan Moseley, Partner
Ryan is a third generation Attorney being the grandson of the late Honourable Harley Moseley Q.C., and the son of prominent Attorney, Philip Moseley. Ryan was called to the Barbados Bar in 2008 and has a wealth of experience in Real Estate, Probate and Estate matters and Civil Litigation. Ryan is also an avid sportsman having represented Barbados at the Davis Cup level in tennis.
Dianna Boyan-Persaud, Partner
A founding member of Moseley Persaud Attorneys, Dianna was called to the Bar initially in Guyana in 2008 and worked with that country’s office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Dianna was called to the Bar in Barbados in 2010 and is experienced in Real Estate, Probate and Estate matters and is a highly skilled negotiator in Personal Injury matters.
Shamar Mondere, Associate
Called to the Barbados Bar in 2019, Shamar joined Moseley Persaud Attorneys shortly after being called to the Bar and has quickly become an invaluable asset to the firm. Shamar is passionate about law and is also a former national swimmer.
